Do you offer same day printing?
We offer same-day printing and delivery across London when you order by 2:00 PM. Please send your order via e-mail to hello@londonprintroom.com. We specialize in completing urgent last minute print orders for London’s busiest corporate clients.
What products do you offer that are available to be printed and delivered on your Same Day Printing service?
We offer a wide range of products on our Same Day Printing service, including roll-up banners, posters, foamex signs, business cards, flyers, folded leaflets, wire-bound brochures, saddle-stitched brochures, labels and more. Check out our Same Day Printing page on our website for more details.
How should I supply my print files?
Please provide your artwork as a PDF with crop marks and a 5mm bleed. If you can't do this, send us what you have, and we'll see if we can fix it for you. Extra charges may apply for file assist service. You can find out more about setting up your artwork on our Artwork Guidelines page.
Can you help if my artwork isn’t quite right?
Yes we can correct your artwork when requested, extra charges will apply.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer delivery locally and nationally, as well as internationally and worldwide. We work with same-day, overnight and international couriers and can organise this for you.
Can I book my own courier?
Yes, just let your account manager know so we can label your job correctly. You can also send an Uber to collect your order.
How quickly can my order be printed and delivered?
Most of our orders are sent out on an overnight delivery service all across the UK. We also over a Same Day Printing and delivery service on a large number of products. However, it should be noted that all delivery deadlines for products on the website are estimated timelines only, as sometimes orders can occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. If you need printed materials for a specific event or date with a guaranteed deadline, those need to be ordered via e-mail and will be delivered using a same day courier service. Please note that different rates will apply so e-mail us for a quote.
How much do you charge for delivery?
We offer free delivery to all locations within the UK, with the exception of same day van delivery or guaranteed delivery which has a £25.00 delivery charge. Find out more on our Delivery Information page.
Can I bring in an order and have it done while I wait?
We cannot print while you wait and don’t offer walk-in print services. All orders must be placed in advance before collection and collected within the agreed timeline only. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 10am–6pm and our order collection hours are 11am-6pm.
Can I set up an account?
Of course! You can set up an account or log in to an existing account on our My Account page. Your London Print Room account will allow you to save payment, billing and delivery information, allow you to change your contact details and will provide a list of previous orders that you’ve made with us.
Your quote is over our budget. Is there anything you can do on the cost?
We’re very approachable. If you have a cheaper quote or budget constraints, let us know. If we can help, we will.
Do you offer special print finishes like foiling, embossing, duplexing, raised ink, die cutting, etc.?
Yes, we do. E-mail our team for an estimate.
Do you offer merchandise printing like pens, tote bags, mugs, lanyards, etc.?
Yes, we do. E-mail our team for an estimate.
Do you print on sustainable or eco-friendly materials?
We use FSC certified paper as standard, this isn’t an optional add-on – it’s simply how we operate. If you have specific environmental requirements for your project, let us know and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.
I’m looking for a printer that has considerations for the environment and the ongoing climate crisis. Does your work consider environmental guidelines?
At London Print Room we take the environment seriously and tailor our processes and team knowledge to our our production line with issues like climate change in mind. We adhere to guidelines of environmental performance, effective waste management and recycling, as well as purchasing our raw materials from environmentally responsible suppliers. I can’t find the type of product I wish to print on your website. Can you still take my printing order?
Yes, of course! If you can’t find the type of product you wish to print listed on our website, just send us over an e-mail of what you’re looking to print and we’ll sort arranging the details and pricing for your custom print job for you and guide you through the ordering process.
