Things to check for
When reviewing artwork it’s recommended to check the following:
- Spelling
- Punctuation
- Grammar
- Details such as phone numbers, email addresses, dates, times, names and addresses
- Make sure the final document size is correct
Colour modes
Make sure all of your artwork is set to be in CMYK colour mode. If submitting artwork that’s mistakenly set in another colour mode, such as RGB, colours may come out noticeably different than expected. You can find out more about colour modes here.
Resolution of images
For this it’s recommended to attain a hard copy printed proof. This can be arranged through London Print Room or you can opt to print out a copy on a colour printer to get a rough idea of resolution.
Once you have checked all of these items please contact London Print Room by email to confirm all of the artwork is correct.
Please note that once you approve a final proof, any errors printed within the artwork will not be the responsibility of London Print Room as it is assumed upon approval that you have thoroughly reviewed the artwork for such errors.
